Ken has a wide-ranging corporate and transactional practice representing entrepreneurs, privately held companies and publicly traded companies across various technology-based industries including:

Prior to joining the Firm, Ken was the founder of a fast-paced entrepreneurial legal practice aimed at providing clients with an expert and cost-effective alternative to large downtown law firms. His value-oriented approach to clients is uniquely well matched to the Firm’s commitment to provide legal services efficiently. Ken also practiced as a Junior Partner with WilmerHale LLP and prior to that, an associate with Foley Hoag LLP.
He has counseled his clients in hundreds of transactions, including:
- hundreds of millions of dollars in venture capital and private equity transactions;
- mergers and acquisitions valued at over a billion dollars;
- mission-critical licensing and partnering transactions involving clients’ core assets; and
- hundreds of agreements relating to the day-to-day operations of clients including agreements relating to sales of goods and services, joint ventures, business development, manufacturing, supply, licensing, employment and equity compensation, leases, borrowing and lending, confidentiality, and many other matters.
Ken is active in various professional and community activities, including:
- MIT $100K and ICE business plan competitions
- Cornell Entrepreneurial Network and Dartmouth Entrepreneurial Network
- Adviser to CCTEC, the technology licensing office of Cornell University
- Cornell University Life Sciences Advisory Board
- Community Rowing
Ken holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was recognized as a member of the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Cornell University and is a graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy.
