Susan has extensive experience working in the pharmaceutical industry and general corporate practice. 

Prior to FDR, Susan was most recently a Legal Advisor at Warner-Lambert Company where she supported the Medical/Scientific Affairs and Healthcare Management groups.  She drafted and negotiated confidentiality, consulting, clinical trial, clinical lab and various agreements associated with clinical studies.  Susan assisted in creating a portfolio of templates used by legal and business colleagues.  She also provided general corporate legal support in the area of SEC documentation and filings, subsidiary management and corporate compliance.

Before Warner-Lambert, Susan worked at Dow Jones & Company where she provided contract support and general corporate paralegal services.  She previously provided general corporate paralegal services to a large law firm.

Susan received a B.A. from Ramapo College of New Jersey.  She also holds a Paralegal Certificate from Adelphi University.
