Michele has over 10 years of specialized contracts management experience in the biopharmaceutical industry and in academia.

Prior to joining FDR, Michele was the Contracts Manager at Oxigene, Inc., where she led the contracts administration group and was involved in business decisions made with the senior management team.  She previously held positions at Acambis, Inc., the Harvard School of Public Health where she was involved with grants administration, and the Harvard Medical School.

Michele has in depth experience drafting and negotiating agreements that cover everything from material transfers and early stage research collaborations to CRO and clinical study agreements and informed consents.  She handles all aspects of confidentiality and consulting agreements and contracts for general corporate transactions such as leases, services, employment and recruiting matters.  She has taken the lead in creating standardized agreements for various companies by working closely with senior management and legal counsel.  Michele has also created standard procedures and systems for the management and tracking of agreements.
