Lily is an experienced corporate lawyer, with a background in corporate finance, credit and securities transactions.

Prior to joining FDR, Lily was most recently Director and Counsel at the New York Branch of the Union Bank of Switzerland where she represented the Bank in connection with domestic and international syndicated loan and complex financings.
 
Lily began her legal career as a member of the business transactions group of Sidley & Austin in New York (now Sidley Austin LLP).  She subsequently joined the New York law firm of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a corporate associate practicing in the areas of Banking and Credit, including project finance, acquisition financing and syndicated loan transactions, and Capital Markets and Securities, particularly in connection with international securities transactions.
