Linda has extensive experience drafting, negotiating and managing specialized contracts in the pharmaceutical industry. 

Prior to joining FDR, Linda was a consultant to Warner Chilcott’s Legal Division, where she drafted and negotiated preclinical and clinical study agreements, consulting, nondisclosure and other agreements relating to the development, manufacturing and testing of pharmaceutical compounds.  Linda was previously Manager, Pharmaceutical Licensing & Business Development at Warner-Lambert Company (now Pfizer) where she evaluated licensing opportunities, assisted in the structuring of deals and negotiated agreements.  For many years prior to her position in Licensing, Linda was a Legal Advisor in Warner-Lambert’s Legal Division.  In this role, she was responsible for a broad range of agreements relating to drug development, as well as agreements for preclinical and clinical studies, material transfer, research collaboration, licensing, managed care and consulting.

Linda received a B.S., Business Administration from Thomas Edison State College and a M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  She also holds a Paralegal Certificate from RKD Paralegal Studies, Inc.
