Jacqui’s experience as a lawyer covers many areas of the pharmaceutical industry. She works in FDR’s research and development, licensing and manufacturing practice areas.

Jacqui was most recently employed by Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and began her legal career at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She handled a broad range of transactions while working in-house, including licensing of biotechnology and software technologies and a variety of consulting and service agreements. Jacqui also advised clients on matters relating to clinical and manufacturing operations. She has over 10 years of related experience managing contract administration at large companies, including; Lotus Development Corporation and BBN Corporation.

Jacqui received a B.A. from College of the Holy Cross, and received a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.
