Jacky has more than 20 years experience working both in the biopharmaceutical industry and in academia. 

Prior to FDR, Jacky was most recently a Clinical Trial Agreement Associate at Partners Healthcare, Inc., the parent organization of a number of Boston-area hospitals including Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital.  She drafted and negotiated clinical trial and master clinical trial agreements, as well as other agreements associated with clinical studies such as confidentiality and clinical services agreements.

Prior to Partners, Jacky was Manager of Intellectual Property at Seragen, Inc., a biotechnology company. In addition to managing Seragen's patent portfolio, she negotiated and drafted many types of technology transfer agreements, including clinical trial, sponsored research, license, consulting, material transfer and confidentiality agreements.

Jacky came to Seragen from Harvard University where she was an Inventions Administrator in what is now the University's  Office of Technology Transfer and Licensing.
