Isabelle has over 20 years of specialized contract management experience in the healthcare, biopharmaceutical and high tech industries and founded the contract specialist group at FDR.
Prior to FDR, Isabelle was the Associate Director of Contracts Administration at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she was also a member of the senior leadership team in the legal department. She previously held positions at Genetics Institute (now Wyeth Research), Parexel International (a global contract research organization), and Cytomed Inc. (now part of Millennium).
Isabelle has in depth experience drafting and negotiating agreements covering a broad range of drug development activities – from discovery (research collaborations, material transfers and consulting arrangements), to preclinical development (CRO and service agreements), to clinical development (clinical supply manufacturing agreements, company and investigator sponsored clinical trials). She has worked with senior level business and legal managers to create client-specific form agreements in these areas and to govern related transactions common in the biopharmaceutical industry. She has also designed, deployed and optimized tools for electronic agreement requests, agreement management and client education.
Isabelle received a B.A. from Adelphi University, magna cum laude, in Garden City, New York. She also holds a Paralegal Certificate with a specialty in Corporate Law from Adelphi University, and completed the Advanced Licensing Course at Franklin Pierce Law School in New Hampshire. |
