Elizabeth is an experienced corporate lawyer and works in all areas of FDR’s practice, including corporate transactions, venture capital work and research and development transactions.

Elizabeth began her legal career as a corporate associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in Boston. Her experience includes work on public and private mergers, stock and asset sales, the registration and sale of equity securities, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. Elizabeth has represented clients in several industries including pharmaceuticals, information technology services, commercial, consumer and industrial products, software, hardware, reinsurance, insurance and educational publishing. While attending law school she completed legal internships at Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and was a judicial intern at the Massachusetts Superior Court.

Elizabeth received a B.A. from Colby College and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Before attending law school, Elizabeth worked for 4 years as a paralegal at EMC Corporation in Hopkinton, Massachusetts.
