FDR is comprised of professionals whose collective experience handling life science business transactions and in-house operational knowledge are extraordinary in a law firm. Our practice is based upon the experience of both senior lawyers as well as seasoned contract specialists working together to meet the needs of clients in their corporate and transactional activities in both emerging and established businesses.

FDR professionals provide a unique combination of substantive legal expertise and business strategy leadership developed through years of working in life sciences businesses, venture capital firms and licensing offices of academic research institutions. All of our senior professionals have worked in-house in a management role in organizations similar to our clients. Among our lawyers, one has served as Chief Executive Officer of a drug development company and another has led the business development efforts of a platform technology company. Other FDR lawyers have run in-house legal departments or practice groups at biotechnology companies. Several of our contract specialists have directed the contracts administration function at pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, hospitals and academic research institutions.
